Consent to Personal Data Processing

- discussing Science Marketing Team services;

3. Actions with Personal Data

The user gives consent to the Operator performing the following actions with personal data:

- systematization;
- accumulation;

- clarification;

- transfer to third parties in cases necessary to achieve the purposes of processing;
- depersonalization;
- blocking;
- deletion;
- destruction.

Personal data processing may be carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The user agrees that the Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties and services if this is necessary to achieve the purposes of personal data processing.

Such parties and services may include:

- website hosting and technical support services;
- the Tilda platform and related tools;
- email services;
- analytics services, including Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics;
- messengers, including Telegram, if requests and inquiries are transmitted through the relevant channel;
- CRM systems, if connected by the Operator;
- other services necessary for processing requests and communicating with the user.

5. Consent to Receive Informational and Advertising Messages

The user gives consent to receive informational, advertising, and marketing messages from the Operator related to the services, offers, consultations, materials, and projects of Science Marketing Team.

Such messages may be sent by phone, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other communication channels specified by the user.

The user has the right to unsubscribe from such messages by sending a request to: science.mteam@gmail.com.

6. Use of Cookies and Analytics Services

The user agrees to the use of cookies and analytics services, including Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics, for analyzing website performance, improving user experience, and evaluating the effectiveness of advertising and informational materials.

The user may restrict or disable the use of cookies in their browser settings.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

The user is notified and agrees that when using certain services, including Google Analytics, Telegram, and other foreign services, cross-border transfer of personal data may occur.

The Operator carries out such transfer where there are legal grounds and in compliance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation.

8. Term of Consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is provided by the user and until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until the user withdraws consent.

9. Withdrawal of Consent

The user has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by sending a request to: science.mteam@gmail.com.

The request must include information that allows the Operator to identify the user and their request: name, phone number or email, as well as the request to withdraw consent.

After receiving the withdrawal of consent, the Operator stops processing the user’s personal data and deletes such data unless further storage is required in accordance with Russian Federation legislation.

10. Confirmation of Consent

By ticking the checkbox next to the consent text and/or clicking the form submission button on the sm-team.ru website, the user confirms that they:

- have read the Personal Data Processing Policy;
- understand the content of this consent;
- provide consent freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest;
- understand that the consent is specific, substantive, informed, conscious, and unambiguous.
