Full cycle
The SMT team offers a full cycle of services for creating a cosmeceutical product. We remove technical, production, logistics and documentation tasks from the client by combining development, procurement and contractor control into one system.
The work starts with a deep analysis of the task, desired product effect, texture, product type, target audience and commercial logic of the future launch.
Based on this information, we create a detailed technical brief. Chemists and technologists select ingredients, create prototypes and bring the formula to a stable, safe and balanced recipe.
After formula approval, the supply-chain direction joins the process: contract manufacturing selection, factory audit, pilot batch launch, serial production control, logistics and permit documentation.
As a result, the client receives a finished and legally correct product without diving into the technical, production and logistics complexity of the manufacturing cycle.

Key stages

Chemists and technologists select active ingredients, emollients, emulsifiers and preservatives while checking compatibility and formula stability.
Several formula versions are created in the laboratory and tested for appearance, scent, texture, pH balance and stability.
Based on prototype testing, adjustments are made until the formula fully matches the declared characteristics and safety standards.
We select contract manufacturing for the batch size, budget and product type, then check the site for compliance with GMP, ISO and technical requirements.
We organize pilot and serial batches, control quality, support documentation, raw material procurement and delivery of finished goods to the client.
